Sadness is a natural human emotion. Sad feelings can’t take over your mood or ruin your day. You can do things to help yourself feel better by take action or think about what you want to do to make yourself happy. Do everything that you like to do, for example, playing video games or sport, riding a bike, dancing, running, taking a walk, drawing, listening to music, reading, spending your precious time with the people who can make you feel happy, or even laugh out loud by yourself! They can help you work out a problem or help you think of happier things to get your mind off the sadness.
